Initial Setup

Item view

Open any item/subitem and click "Add view"

Search for Personal Notes and click "Add to item"

Authorize Personal Notes for your monday account

Board view

Click add new board view

Search for Personal Notes Overview and click "Open in board"

Authorize Personal Notes for your monday account

Each board can have only one Personal Notes Overview, and if multiple views are added, they will display the same data.
