The Checklist Overview displays checklist data across all items on the board in a convenient and useful view, allowing you to quickly access and review checklist details

Setup

Click add new board view

Go to Apps and select Checklist Overview from the installed apps

If the app is not installed, click Explore more apps and search for Checklist Overview

Click on the Updates icon next to any item to open the item’s updates view.

Click Add view

 If you already have the view, simply delete it and add it again to trigger a settings reset

Search for Advanced Checklist and click "Add to item"

Add Checklist progress and Checklist text columns

•  Checklist: This column contains the checklist content, which helps in searching the checklist using item search.

•  Checklist Progress: This column displays the percentage of checklist completion and is useful for automation

• Checklist Summary: This column contains descriptions of incomplete checklist items. This content is designed for quick viewing on mobile devices and provides an at-a-glance overview without accessing the full checklist details. Long Text: 2,000 character limit, multi-line display. Text: Unlimited characters, single-line display.

• Synchronize: This button synchronizes data from your Checklist column into the Checklist Progress and Checklist Summary columns. It's particularly useful when you've added a new progress or summary column or deleted an existing one, ensuring your progress and summary views are up-to-date.

If you do not wish to see these columns, you can collapse them in the column settings.

Add some items to the checklist and refresh the page. Everything is now set, and you can see the checklists assigned to all items.

If you’d like to view the checklists for board subitems, you’ll need to set up the checklist for subitems as well.
