Templates

Templates allow you to save a checklist and reuse it to quickly create new checklists with a predefined structure. They can also be integrated to automatically populate new checklists, streamlining your workflow. 

Templates in the Checklist Advanced app are not restricted by permissions. Anyone in your organization who has access to the app can view all templates, including workspace-specific ones — even if they do not have access to that workspace or board.
